Angelica Garcia, 36, is accused of drunkenly driving through a barricade off Highway 80 in Odessa, Texas on Wednesday night.

The two little girls, Mia and Mya Coy, were playing together close to the fireworks stand when they were struck by Garcia's 2014 Chrysler 200.

'They were very loving children always knew how to put a smile on anyone in the room.'

They also thanked their family and friends for their prayers and thoughts.
