Man was found with gunshot wound in Kentish Town shortly after midnight
He died at the scene and police are currently trying to speak to his family
Minutes earlier, a woman was stabbed to death and two others were stabbed
It's the third killing in the capital in 24 hours and London's 104th this year

Friend have paid tribute to a mother-of-one who was one of three people killed on London's streets in the space of just 12 hours.

The woman, named locally as Shakira Mercedes, was fatally stabbed outside a housing block in Kentish Town in the north of the capital last night.

Her death came just hours after a man died from gunshot wounds following an apparent accident in Sydenham yesterday afternoon.

Just minutes after Shakira's death, another man in his 20s was gunned down just 300 yards away from her killing.

Terry Ellis, from the Camden Against Violence, said of Shakira: 'She's a mother, she's got a six-year-old kid... she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.'

This morning's shooting is thought to be the 104th fatal attack in the capital this year

Two other women were found with knife wounds at that crime scene but are expected to survive.

A 35-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody at a north London police station.

Witnesses heard one of the women scream: 'Help me, my hands and my fingers are hanging off.'

A local who saw the aftermath of the stabbing attack said: 'I heard the screams. I saw the first girl lying on the floor, she looked so young, they all looked young.

'Then I heard another girl screaming and saying 'can somebody help me, my hands and my fingers are hanging off'.  It's normally boys on boys. It is shocking to hear it was a woman.
